Ein noch relativ junger David Bowie steht auf der Bühne mit akustischer Gitarre und spielt John Denvers „I’m sorry”. Leider allerdings zieht er das Stück nach einer Weile ins Lächerliche. Wie schade.
Da das Lied vielleicht nicht jeder kennt, es enthält diese Powerlyrics:
- I’m sorry for the way things are in China
- I’m sorry things ain’t what they used to be
- But more than anything else
- I’m sorry for myself

Die protestantische Schuldtheatralik (etwa Margot Käßmanns Rücktritt oder Tiger Woods Rückzug) ist besser als Trumps Schamverhalten, aber letztlich etwas albern. (PaCo, 2026-05-23)
